BDCOM OLT Monitor — cPanel installation

1. cPanel > Domains: choose domain or subdomain with document root (e.g., public_html/olt).
2. cPanel > File Manager: upload the ZIP, extract it INTO that document root. index.php/install.php/app/cli/mibs must sit together (no extra nested folder).
3. cPanel > MySQL Databases: create database, DB user, grant ALL PRIVILEGES.
4. Open https://your-domain/install.php and enter DB details, create admin login.
5. DELETE install.php after success; app/config.php contains credentials.
6. Open https://your-domain/ and add your BDCOM OLT; click Fetch MAC Table or Poll SNMP in dashboard.
7. Optional cPanel Cron Job (every 5–15 mins):
   /usr/local/bin/php /home/YOUR_CPANEL_USER/public_html/olt/cli/poll.php >/dev/null 2>&1
Replace PHP binary path and document path to match hosting.

Shared hosting caveats:
* SNMP: PHP SNMP extension preferred; CLI snmpbulkwalk fallback only if host supports proc_open and binary installed.
* Telnet requires outbound TCP 23, OLT ACL/whitelist, and management network routing. Typical private 10.x/192.168.x IPs cannot be reached from remote shared hosting; use site-to-site VPN or private VPS worker.
* cPanel may block non-web network access and SNMP extension. The installer reports PHP capability; it cannot guarantee connectivity.
* Use HTTPS and preferably cPanel directory IP access restrictions; avoid opening Telnet or SNMP publicly to internet.
* Caller ID = learned MAC/VLAN/interface; matching to subscriber names requires additional billing database mapping.
* Run SNMP polls on limited OLTs initially; large walks can time out in browser; cron preferred.
* SNMP OIDs and optical-unit scaling depend on actual BDCOM firmware and must be verified on the device.
